STANDARD RETURN POLICY

To qualify, simply initiate the return within 7 days from the arrival date and ensure that the item is in its original condition (including: packaging, accessories, seals, etc. We must receive your item back within 20 days of when we originally shipped it to you. Please allow us 3 days from the time we receive your item to process your return. Any item that arrives past 20 days will be automatically shipped back to the buyer.

Elegante International is not responsible for any shipping fees or any damage or loss of item during shipping either to buyer or as a return. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back by a traceable carrier and that shipping insurance be purchased by the customer. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. Customer is solely responsible for any damage or loss of items during shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse the customer for their purchase minus the 10% restocking fee charged on any and all returns.

Elegante International requires a 100% full down payment on any special order item. To return a special order item to Elegante International please initiate the return within 7 days of the items arrival. Any item that arrives past 20 days will be automatically shipped back to the buyer. There are absolutely no cash refunds for any special order items. The customer will be given a store credit good for any item that is carried by Elegante International for the initial purchase price of the item. There are no returns on any and all custom order items.

OUT OF STOCK AND BACK ORDERED ITEMS

At Elegante International we try very hard to have all the items on the site in stock at all times. However, at times this is impossible. If an item is out of stock the customer will be notified by email with an estimated date of the items arrival. At any time this may take 3-6 weeks. As soon as the item is in stock it will be shipped immediately to the customer.

At Elegante International, we try hard to serve our customers better than anyone else. We wish we could accept all returns without any questions or limitations, but that is just not possible.
