What an incredible trail saddle! This extraordinary McClellan saddle is a wonderful alternative for someone that likes a saddle with a horn, but wants something that will fit the Paso Fino body style.

The tree of this saddle is made the same as the original Calvary McClellans. This type of tree does not restrict any movement which is very important for a gaited horse to be able to perform properly. The bars on this saddle are very heavily padded which allows for maximum comfort for your horse. The tree of this saddle is 14" wide with a 7" gullet.

This saddle was also manufactured with the rider's comfort being a priority. The deep seat is heavily padded and covered in soft, beautiful tan leather. The saddle comes with built on sweat guards which protect the riders pants or chaps from any dirt or sweat. The stirrups are made so that they are always facing the correct direction. This means no more aching ankles and knees from spending all day turning the stirrups!

This saddle is so comfortable it feels like you are riding in a Cadillac! Aside from being a well made, durable, functional, comfortable saddle it is also one of the most beautiful saddles you will ever see. This saddle comes with a matching breast collar, tail crupper, sweat guards, nylon girth and nylon rigging.

NOTE: Standard seat size for this saddle is 16". All of our saddles can be custom built for you with any even number seat size such as: 14", 16", 18" etc. This saddle is a special order item. Please allow 4 to 8 weeks for special order items.
